3. How to Start a Return

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for the return

Once your return is approved, we’ll send instructions and the return address.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or wrong item).


5. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item (e.g., different size or model), please mention this in your return request. Exchanges are processed once the original item is received.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos and a brief description. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue at no extra cost to you.
